****UPDATE 2019 Have asked customer relations to escalate. The door onto the platfrom is STILL a problem and today 4/3/19 Monday I visited the tram stop where an army of 8 Metrolink staff were on the platform. They informed me that a problem had been reported with the door at about 630 am . None of them knew that Metrolink are responsible for the maintenance of this HUB !!!! When I informed them they did not accept my explanation of this fact !!!!! Originally reported 2017 with TfGM response- 8000058597 dated 19 July 2017 and updates on 30 May 2018 and 24th Aug 2018 8000081654 (regarding the vandalised lockers) ****UPDATE 2018 many thefts have occurred from this hub partly because the tram stop is not staffed and therefore security is much worse than at Altrincham tram stop #64481 .
