[Image taken 25.6.21] Marygate car park, York. The two barricades that were creating/protecting a route from/to the car park and the cycle-ped-wheelchair route (see: #169993) are now in different places. This one is being driven over. The other remains as in this image: #170525, redundant, at risk of abuse, and reducing still further the width of the increasingly narrow route for pupils, commuters, leisure users due to unchecked plant growth see: #170376. The sandbags are additional hazards. As I took this photo someone (again) had to resort to climbing over the fencing to get out of the car park. Today was alternately rainy or overcast but when I cycled through mid-afternoon the lights were once again not on on the hoardings. Other images today see: #170661 and links.
