[Image taken 25.6.21] Tanner Row, York. The driver of the white/silver car is blocking the entrance to the contraflow cycle lane. S/he is also, despite the ‘Except cycles’ sign, indicating left. See also: #170666. The diversion signs for the Lendal Bridge flood works (search on 'wellingtonrowesplanadelivediversion') are still blocking the cycle parking.
